GOD, NOT MAN

Before men were conceived,
I made their genesis and revelation,
So I can read deep into their heart,
Spelling every word littered in
their minds.

Many pondered, wondered
even imagined creating scenes,
Googling sites in barren questions,
Flipping pages of histories,
Hoping to feed their hungry
curiosity.

Hear me dear mortals;
My inception cannot be Google,
My existence is not in historical books,
My greatness is not written in pages of Albert Schweitzer, Aristotle, Julius Caesar, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther, William Shakespeare, Frank Lloyd Wright, Leonardo da Vinci and Louis Armstrong,
Cause my creatures are lifted above art, physics and chemistry.

'I am God, not man'

My signs and wonders are mysteries,
Mysteries untold and unseen,
My ten laws supersede the constitution,
Neither are my words common in the
lips of commoners.

I am an immortal;
A God, not man,
Void of soul and body,
Conceived not of the flesh,
But of the spirit cause in death,
I live and in life, I live forever.

'I am God, not man'

Sitting above the countless hills,
He whose breath speaks life,
He whose wisdom crowns the earth,
He whose words formed the universe,
He whose love and mercy baths man,
He who guards you through the dark
and wakes you up at light.

'I am God, not man'

Awake when men snore,
Stronger when they grow weak,
Perfection to their mistakes,
Answers to their questions,
Endless joy to their sadness
and cleanser of their inequity.

'I am God, not man'

The immortal,
The Inception,
The invisible,
The ancient,
A God, not man.
