Six feared dead as Boko Haram attacks village in Borno

No fewer than six persons have been reportedly killed
after Boko Haram terrorists stormed a village in Ladi
Butai in Jere Local Government Area, near Maiduguri,
Borno State capital on Tuesday.
Vigilantes and residents alleged that the insurgents
opened fire on villagers at about 9pm.
A Commander of Civilian JTF, who spoke on condition
of anonymity, said the terrorists overpowered the
CJTF stations in the village and succeeded in killing
unarmed villagers, leaving scores critically inured.
