All students are to defend their Industrial Training IT exercise at scheduled dates (Mass Com - 3rd June) regardless of when they completed their IT whether last year or this year.
The defence would be about 3- 5mins for each student..
All students are required to come on that day with their IT report.
Those who have completed and submitted their report and logbook are required to come with their report for the defence.
Students who did 3 months IT should obtain another log book for the completion of their IT in the former organization or in a new organization regardless of when they finished the last 3 months.
If you are currently doing your IT and will be completing the process within 4 weeks after the defence date (June 3rd). You are also required to come for the defence with your logbook filled to the present date.
All students are to pay the sum of #1,000 (one thousand naira) to the department Governor to remit to the Director for logistics of the IT defence.
(Pay to your Governor's account 1,000 so as to be registered for the defence...)
it's very important to do this as soon as possible so as to be registered.
