*Where Lies Love*
When I'll see clearly, my face with broken mirrors
When the sky cry and earth rejecting his salty tears
When lizards will visit you for the faggot wood you fetched
Is it then you and I will know love?
Where and where lies love?
Today you and I experiment love
We question the breast we sucked
The succulent we emptied
Today you and I rebut our roots
I can't come from that primitive hamlet
Oh! Love lost, origin exiled.
Today you and I say, water is ticker than blood
Is it not good handiwork of money?
On our gluttonous tongues it sweets honey
Today you and I say, pay in cash or in kind
Okay, if currency is for cash
What is it for kind?
Today you and I!
Today you and I!!
So blindfolded that we can't even voice
Oh! So worn out and wanly?
Letting sceptres go for rule by law
And the subjects go on abiding by rule of law
Alas! After our dutiful allegiance.
When we walk in broad day light
They seize our legs and rob us on our way
For walking, you and I have to pay
Are they not our blood in uniform and in khaki?
So blood rob fellow blood?
Can't they see their colours?
Perhaps, ours are blind and or watery.
I asked my ears and waiting for reply
Where lies my Faith-book
I can't find it again
May be I exchanged it with my Facebook.
I asked my clergyman and waiting for reply
Why must I pay tithes in the early morning,
When I haven't eat my breakfast?
Why must I pay tithes in this sunny afternoon,
When I have no lunch?
And same to evening tithes,
When there is no hope for dinner?
I shall keep on waiting for all your replies
And for those whose their love have not been stabbed,
Shield it now, let it last longer.
For those who haven't planted love,
Plant it now and water it daily
Let me refill my ink for more bleeding.
Bleeding from;
