*The day I lost my pride*

Long time ago,
That pass me by in haste like a gong of a gun,
I was call into the inner room of advice my mother,
I could remember all my mother's warning,
Never to lay in a man bed under a dark sky!

I never thought she was nice,
I perceive her as mice,
She told me boy eat virginity like a sliced yam,
I told her never to paint boys in with such integrity.

Trusting the untrust,
Believing the unbelievable,
As my virginity plods aways in to river of no return,
Then I know my pride has been ride like  worthless bicycle,
By a reckless rider.

That day Tola praises my abode in despair,
That day he tickled me and I laughed hysterically,
That day I fell in bed like snow falling from heaven,
That day he pierce through my womanhood in pleasure,
That day I view poison as the sweetest thing on earth,
That day I gave unpleasant sound we  called ringing tone,
That day spotting of blood end the show.

Then I remember know what my mum told long ago,
Behold my virginity left  me without saying good bye!!!
