There I was in my room on a hot Thursday afternoon crying.It was unclear to me whether I was crying because of the impromptu biochemistry test we had that morning or because my wallet was stolen while we were rushing to get into the lecture hall.Mr ITK, as he was popularly called among the students walked into the class, noticed that the class was scanty, closed the door and decided we were going to have a test
Mr ITK:"You guys think we're here to play right?Do you know the number of students that applied for medicine and surgery the year you wrote JAMB?You were given the opportunity to study this noble course and this is how you behave.Well if you want to get kicked off the course I'll help you.Every one tear a sheet of paper, we're writing a test! Class captain!!"
I jumped to my feet as soon as I heard him scream class captain.
Me:"Yes sir!"
Mr ITK:"I want a list of all students present in this class at this moment, you hear?"
Me:"Yes sir, but...um...err...sir..you know that most of my class mates are not around aren't, they did not know that we we're going to have a..."
He shut me up before I could complete the statement
Mr ITK:"Will you shut up!!!, stop making excuses for those foolish class mates of yours.Get me that list or get out of my class!!!
Me:"Sorry sir"
Mr ITK:"Sorry for your ass"
The class laughed a bit when he said ass but they quickly shut up when they saw his angry face.
The test lasted for twenty minutes and trust me it was tough!!!
