*Lead us not into temptation*

I beg you eye glance not twice
And look neither left nor right
At what entice, stare not thrice
At what spuns earthly desires.

I plead with thee hand, fist not;
Cause no pain in the lawless act of violence, pick not; steal from no purse,
Pleasure not stray women and liquor.

Oh my legs walk not in the counsel
Of the folly,scorn and lazy,
Find not your way
To the bed of a mistress.

My lips taste not wine
Except the communion wine,
Speak no lies, caution the tongue
Not to pray curse.

My mind brew no evil thoughts
My conscience hold no grudge
And keep not malice, be free from
Selfishness and pride urge.

I am man birthed by a woman
Poured upon me was blood from adam
A sinfull flesh is what i have
But i pray lead me not into tempation
Though flesh wants a continuation
As done by early generation.
