Hello Friday
Can I make you my best friend forever?
We caress each other hopefully watching
the dots of light mingling with our thoughts
I shall rise with Saturday’s sun and cook more
joy in the ears of a lonely waking Sunday
save me from work fever of Monday and rest
It going to feel so good before the week starts
We shall together watch the journeying moon
disappearing behind the trees of our laughter.
