When a monkey dances up and down,
its nothing but a believe it will fall not,
Even when it raises to the peak,
It seems more stronger rather than to be weak.
The power of monkey symbolises nothing but ability of black....
They rejoice in it and improve their capability.....
Despite the sentiment and partiality war against them,
They move forward and ignore it and focus the how to get rid if hurdles before them.
Curse be on to those day, we beg to earn our living,
When they oppress us with our heritages,
Strives us with their whips for us to build a mansion for them,
Even when we can't avoid a tent to relax our muscle at night
They came with rods which vomit fire,
Cursed us and called our culture barbaric,
Trampled on our right and termed us non-human,
But still we stand strong................
We veni, we vidi, we vici.
Even when our economy is built around their murus,
Despite the year of hard labour,
Later we drink, eat and do everything as it pleases us,
Though they gave us what to live on.
In the dark we hide,
Awaiting our time,
Our time to strike for independence,
Our time to raise our voice and let the world praise our culture,
For we are Africans
