Investigations revealed that DAB originated from an artist called Migos.
DAB means: 'Dimands Are Bright'.
The word 'Dimands' originated from Greek's word 'adamas', which means 'what never breaks or have any defect'.
'Dimands' not 'Diamond' also means a very light diamond, which represents 'SATAN' or 'DEVIL'.
DAB is to use either left or right hand to cover one's face and extend the other hand to the other side, signifying submission and loyalty to the Satan. And believing he (the Satan) shall bring solution (light) to one's problems!
It all started as a dance, then transformed to snapping pictures by posing in a DAB style. Jay Z, an American musician, who is known for worshipping the Satan danced this style in his song “Fuck With Me You Know I Got It”.
Since then, many artists including footballers have been using the style in either dance or pictures.
