Paul Pogba thrilled with Neymar praise, declares Juventus commitment

Paul Pogba says he is thrilled that Barcelona and
Brazil star Neymar relishes the chance to play
alongside him but stated his commitment to Juventus.
The France international midfielder has been one of
the standout performers in Italian football since his
move to Turin from English giants Manchester United
in 2012.
Scoring 27 goals in 119 appearances for Juventus, the
23-year-old has already won three consecutive Serie A
titles, and is the subject of intense transfer rumours.
With speculation over a move to join Barcelona in the
Spanish La Liga, Neymar heaped praise on Pogba last
week, making clear that he would love the opportunity
to play on the same team as the Frenchman.
"It's great to hear that a star player appreciates my
skills, but I am happy to remain at Juve," Pogba told
La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Pogba, was quick to turn the attention back to the title
race, having scored the winner in Juventus' 2-1 win
over AC Milan on Saturday.
Napoli's 3-0 victory over Hellas Verona on Sunday, cut
Juve's lead at the top of the standings back to six
points, and Pogba warned his team that the fight is far
from over.
"I'm focused on winning the Scudetto," he added.
"Even though there is a lot of transfer talk, that is my
focus. It's the only thing that crosses my mind.
"The battle isn't over. We must continue to win."
Juventus will be looking to extend their lead at the
top, when they entertain Palermo in Turin on Sunday,
while Napoli will have a tough away fixture to Inter
Milan.
